High precision single spindle automat

Model Jade-25 can easily machine stainless steels HCHCr Steels, EN-series steels besides brass and aluminium. The main spindle run-out is within 5 micron. The headstock and the end castings are mounted on the machine base. They contain the guide bars that serve to support the cross slide and additional attachments on the tailstock. The headstock is a robust one piece with large diameter spindle mounted on high precision bearings, to withstand heavy cuts and assure balanced true running over years. The standard main drive consists of a motor with 1.3/1.6 kW, which drives the main spindle through a jack shaft. Twelve different speeds can be set by changing belts in jackshaft pulley. The camshaft is driven by means of separate motor of 0.37 kW. A production rate from 28 to 2100 pieces per hour can be obtained by using a chain of change gears. For components that cannot be produced by plunge cuffing, a longitudinal turning slide can be mounted on the cross slides. The sliding movement of this attachment is controlled by a drum cam on the camshaft. The radial motion is performed by a two-pin lever. Thus, stepped longitudinal operations can be made by utilising two separate setting possibilities of the two cross movement or holding cams. Taper turning can also be done. Drilling and threading attachment along with centring and stopping attachment helps to produce inner threads concentric with the outer diameter to the accuracy in the order of 0.01 mm. External threads of accuracy g6 and inner threads of accuracy h7 are possible with this attachment.
