High performance ISO process pump - chemical process pump from PPI Pumps Pvt Ltd, Ahmedabad, comes with several innovative features: fully open impeller with twice the wear area of enclosed type; reduced repair costs; and consistent high performance. Open impeller can be adjusted, simply and quickly, to compensate for wear and renew performance. This design assures minimum radial and axial thrust loads. Controlled clearances between front and back of impeller minimise radial loads. Pump vanes control axial thrust resulting in extended seal and bearing life. Labyrinth oil seals at both ends of bearing housing come as optional feature. Shaft deflection is less than 0.05 mm.
