High frequency vibrator for sieving machines

The commonly used vibro-sieves are actuated by an eccentrically loaded AC motors. Although the orbiting motion imparted to the material to be sieved by these machines is adequate for most of the applications, problems are faced while sieving some specific materials on these machines. These problems are mostly related to the low output and are result of blocking sieve ports (especially by powders of small particle size), formation of lumps, interconnecting of the particles, etc. In most of these cases, providing a secondary vibrations of higher frequency in traverse direction can help in separating the particles, opening the blocked sieve ports and in general improve the productivity substantially. In fact, in few special cases, the high frequency traverse vibrations are essential to have any output at all. The high frequency vibrators (models HFS-16 and HFS-30) are specially designed for this application. These are suitable for sieving machines with 24", 30". 36" and 48"dia sieves. This system essentially consists of two parts: high frequency generator; and HF transducers and sieve fixtures.
