Noble Fastotech offers Helicoil Power Tools. It is a high speed production power tool for HeliCoil installation. It is specifically designed for high volume use situations to reduce costs by cutting the floor to floor time of the installation of HeliCoil inserts. Its advantages over and above the speed of operation of installation are also in achieving accuracy, assured precise installation of each insert. It is pneumatically operated and can be used either hand held, with normal overhead hanging holders or in conjunction with a lazy arm configuration. It incorporates the latest threaded mandrel system eliminating the possibility of cross threading or jamming the insert during installation. It is not a costly item of capital equipment yet used correctly it can reduce the cost per installation dramatically.
