Noble Fastotech offers Helicoil Insertion Tools. It is available as both plain slotted mandrel and threaded mandrel pre winder type tools. Pre winder tools are best suited for easy & fatigue free installation of inserts in production line to achieve a high quality of insert installation & prevent jumping of coil threads. Threaded mandrel prewinders are also best recommended for successful installation of screw locking inserts. Helicoil installation tools are available from size M2 and in UNC /UNF from 2-56 / 2-64 onwards to the largest size requirement in the industry.
