Gayatri Exim offers Helical & Bevel Helical Gearboxes. Its case is of rigid close-grained grey cast iron construction up to size 110. Fabricated steel cases are available as standard from size 120 up and as option for smaller sizes too. Gears are of high quality alloy case-hardening materials, which provide long life, wear resistance and fatigue strength. All Helical & Spiral Bevel gears are ground to high standards and quiet running characteristics. Its life and wear calculation is 25,000 hours with mechanical service factor =1. It is 2.5 times higher in life & wear calculation, when comparing with other gearboxes. It is of high quality. The gearboxes are also available depending upon any special applications of the customer.
