Machine Tool Traders offers Heavy Duty Lathe Machines. It is suitable for machining ferrous metal, non-ferrous metal or non-metal components with carbide alloy or porcelain cutter. It is also ideal for cylindrical turning and boring, taping, surfacing, curving, slotting threading and drilling. The bed of the machine is in one piece with two flat guide ways. The main drive is driven by an AC motor through 21 steps transmission or by a DC motor through two grades transmission to reach necessary speed range for spindle. The guide way of carriage bed is of hardened alloy steel plate. The other products offered are digital display device, sand belt grinding unit and coolant unit. The maximum length of work piece is 1500-14000 mm and center height is 500-1025 mm.
