Heavy-duty Lathe Machine

SS and SC belt driven heavy-duty lathe machines are made from graded casting with height of centre 254 mm, bed width 323 mm and oil bath apron gearbox. These lathes are available in four models: Model H1 with bed of length 1675 mm, H2 with bed length 2135 mm, H3 with bed length 2740 mm and H4 with bed length 3050 mm. The head stock spindle is nitrided and ground with 52 mm spindle bore. The spindle features are: eight speeds (25 to 500 rpm), thread range - 2 to 24 TPI and metric threads - 1 to 6 mm pitch. Lead screw diameter is 38 mm and thread is of 4 TPI. The company provides lathes with Norton type gearbox, taper turning attachment, extra centre height and extra spindle bore and flame hardened bed on request.
