Heavy-duty crane - HIAB 045

Hiab India offers heavy-duty crane - HIAB 045 featuring a sturdy new slewing system equipped with an adjustable slide pad to reduce friction and wear. The HIAB 045?s stabiliser extensions run on polyamide rollers. And for added safety they are fitted with secondary safety catches. Its unique cross-mounted controls (optional) are designed to allow the same control lever sequence on either side of the vehicle minimising the risk of automatic reflex errors. The heavy-duty slewing system has a slewing angle of 410 degrees. The HIAB 045 also has an advanced single-weld hexagonal boom system that allows up to three hydraulic extensions, giving it a maximum hydraulic outreach of 7.7 metres with a lifting capacity of almost 500 kg. With addition of two manual extensions, the crane?s reach is extended to over 10.5 metres where it is capable of lifting 290 kg more. To provide additional safety, hose failure valves are built directly into the inner and outer boom cylinders. The control panel, with performance scheme function indicators and control levers, is positioned directly in the operator?s field of vision. Technical specification:
