Heated Hoses

Klebatech India is a pioneer in the business of applicator systems to convey and dispense hotmelts and other such thermoplastic materials and hotmelt hoses are an integral part of such systems useful to convey the heated material up to an appropriate dispensing point. Klebatech high quality flexible hoses come in varying lengths from 0.6 to 15 metres and diameters 8, 13, 16 and 25 mm, complete with RTD-style temperature controller. Klebatech heated hoses are produced from high quality materials and are designed to provide superior temperature control, reliability and improved safety. Three layers of high technology insulation with an inner core of Teflon, which is resistant to aggressive hotmelts with temperatures of more than 200?C. In order to provide a high pressure resistance, the inner hose is reinforced by a stainless steel fabric. Spigot nuts are provided at both ends to connect the heated hose to the applicator system and dispensing head. Electrical connectors at both ends ensure safe fixing of the hose through male-female adapters. Operating temperature specifications are 105 to 230?C. These hoses are also very suitable for conveying waxy materials and materials such as paraffin and microcrystalline wax, resins, hotmelt adhesives, etc.
