HEATED HOSES

Klebatech India offers Heated Hoses. It is available in varying lengths from 0.6 to 15 metres and diameters 8, 13, 16 and 25 mm. It is designed to provide superior temperature control, reliability and improved safety. Three layers of high technology insulation with an inner core of Teflon, which is resistant to aggressive hotmelts with temperatures of more than 200°C. To provide a high pressure resistance the inner hose is reinforced by a stainless steel fabric. Spigot nuts are provided at both ends to connect the heated hose to the applicator system and dispensing head. Operating temperature specifications are 105 to 230°C. It is suitable for conveying materials such as paraffins, wax and microcrystalline wax, resins, hotmelt adhesives, etc.
