Gujarat Perfect Engineering Limited offers a range of heat treatment services including solution annealing, stress relieving, hardening and tempering, normalizing, quenching and softening. The company has a battery of heat treatment furnaces. Solution annealing and normalising of dished ends of 5 mtr dia and up to 50 mm thickness is undertaken under third party inspection agencies like Lloyds, EIL, Baxcounsel, Chempro, etc. Stress relieving of jobs up to 5 mtr dia and 15 mtr in length is undertaken under LRIS inspection. For normalising and stress relieving it offers services with oil fired bogie type furnaces, with six point integrated temperature recording facility. The furnaces are of the following sizes: 11 m (L) x 3 m x 3.5 m (H); 16 m (L) x 5 m x 5 m (H); and 5 m (L) x 5 m x 2.3 m (H), with temperature up to 1200?C. The company ahs recently commissioned India"s largest ceramic fibre lined furnace to service post weld heat treatment (PWHT) jobs. This furnace, equipped with North American burners offers precisely uniform temperature control to have desired results in treatment likes stress relieving and normalizing for carbon steels and solution annealing for nickel and alloy steels.
