Industrial & Mining Tools offers Hand Held Rock Drill, IMT-105L. This is a heavy duty, hard hitting rock drill featuring high blow rate and torque resulting in rapid drilling even in the hardest rock. This is all forged alloy steel construction, proven retention system and in-built lubrication circuit means excellent durability and low operating costs. The compact, versatile and high power to weight ratio makes it the favourite for quarry, mines and general excavation works, worldwide. Features: robust kick latch type retainer that locks the drill steel into position; special technology treatment of parts for better dimensional stability and homogeneity of physical and chemical properties; forged steel housings; large sliding face; long stroke machine; high impact energy; light weight; high torque; good penetration in hard rock; extra flushing air valve. This medium heavy duty and air flushed machine is capable of drilling 27 to 40 mm diameter holes with 22 mm hexagonal drill steels up to a depth of 6 m.
