Hacksaw machine auto stop hydraulic control

MRJ Enterprise manufactures Hacksaw machines with auto stop and hydraulic control. These are developed in rigid construction saw frame made of cast iron, square and parallel cut. The blade, fitted hydraulically, is out of contact with the work-piece on the front stroke. This is a precaution to prevent wear and tear on the blade. The machine features two-lever regulation: while one lever regulates the rate of feed, the other makes sure that the bow slide gets raised. Features: large bed construction with guide ways for the vice for easy clamping of work-pieces; the jaws can be raised or adjusted to suit the material to be cut; a reversible on-line push button; power transmission to countershaft through V-belts; belt tension is adjustable and the whole drive is housed in an enclosure to ensure safe operation; two speed drive ensures suitable speed selection; a fully enclosed coolant tank is fitted in the base; a V-belt driven pump supplies coolant to the saw blade through a pipe and tape; and superior quality hydraulic rubber washer ensure longer machine life. Other features: auto stop panel wiring, limit switch, contactor, indicator and push button; scale change provided up to 300 mm length cutting; cut area pre-set adjustment; and compact and sleek body construction.
