Apart from the three plane motions, i.e., vertical, horizontal and gyratory motion generated by the special vibrating motor, anti-blinding arrangements like tapping rings, ball tray, mechanical brushing, motorized brushing have been developed and incorporated to suit different types of sieving requirement. This enables to have high and precise throughput thus reducing the production cost. JVC gyroscreens are working satisfactorily on applications like sieving whole spices, ground spices, masalas, etc. With a decent manufacturing facility, the company has made a mark in the Indian market as well as markets in Middle East, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Africa and UK, for its quality machines, which are working round the clock with utmost ease and efficiency. The company has a range of Gyroscreens (circular vibrating screens) models ranging from 600 mm dia to 2100 mm dia available in single and multi-decks in both MS and SS contact parts to suit the screening requirement.
