Guillotine shearing machines

Bajaj Machine Tools provides guillotine-shearing machines designed and developed through structural analysis technique for continuous production, accuracy and repeatability. Rigid steel frames of these machines have interlocked design. The arm is guided throughout its length by fibre guide ways. Standard equipment with the product include gear and wheel guard, foot pedal, hand operated back gauge, shot lubrication system, T-slot front gauge and motor pulley. Spring-loaded mechanical hold-down pads hold the sheets securely to avoid slipping. All bearing parts and guide way surfaces are lubricated through hand-operated lubrication system. Rack and pinion assembly operates mechanical back gauge. Finger guard is fitted in front of hold-down for protecting operator?s hand.
