Guide Rails & Rollers

Pacific Bearing Co offers the GU..MT Series of profiles. They are produced from 100-Cr6 bearing steel with raceways surface hardened to 56-60 HRC and a depth of >2.5 mm. Nickel plated rails are optionally available. The RKU/FKU guide rollers are for use in harsh environments and for applications with high loads, frequent impacts, vibrations, dirt, and debris. The radial load capacity for RKU/FKU series guide rollers ranges from 6,182 to 28,774 Ibs and axial from 2,214 to 9.217 Ibs. Maximum operating temperature is 90xC.
