Grinder, Ultrafine Type

Lizzini SpA, Italy, is specialised in the manufacture of high precision advanced external and internal grinding machines and flexible grinding centres. External grinding machines are with straight/angular wheel-head, distance between centres of 600 mm to 1,500 mm, grinding wheel size of 450 x 70 x 127 mm to 610 x 120 x 203 mm, wheel-head motor of 5.5 kW to 11 kW and with Sinumeric CNC controls. Internal grinding machines are specially suited for grinding of 10 mm to 150 mm holes by utilising various spindles. Length is indicatively between 100 mm and 200 mm. Wheel spindle has a power of 4 kW to 5.5 kW and is with Sinumeric CNC control. Flexible grinding centres are fully controlled centre composed of a grinding machine and a loading system with 8 axes. Lizzini machines are ideal for use in automotive, mechanical and textile sectors; and for diesel engines, tools, drive elements, gear reducers, and electric motor gears.
