Grease/oil lubricators, autonomous fully automatic

Sigma Seals manufactures Memolub(r) HPS, an autonomous single/ multi point electro-mechanical lubricator. It"s high lubricant ejection pressure of 25 bar opens a new wide range of applications not possible with conventional systems. It can be used remotely up to 8 metres from lubrication point. Remote installation avoids dangerous or difficult access points and maintenance personnel can work swiftly in safety. Machine stoppage for lubrication can be avoided by installing Memolub(r) HPS. It can be also used as mini central lubrication system. Combined with progressive distributor blocks multiple point lubrication is a simple, economical way of reducing maintenance cost. The frequency of the greasing stroke controlled by quartz timer microprocessor can be set 1 stroke/ hr to 1 stroke/2 days. Volume discharged per stroke is 0.65 cc. The unit works on 3 alkaline 1.5 V battery cells.
