Grease Lubrication System (Dual Line)

Oil-Lub dual line lubrication system is basically suitable for a machine where a number of lubrication points to be fed by grease are many and actuated at far off places. This system guarantees positive feeding of grease (of consistency up to NLGI- 2) at different points on the machine under heavy pressure. All the points of the machine are connected through piping to the dose feeders and all the dose feeders are joined to the main pump through high-pressure seamless pipe. Technical data: pump - plunger type, driven by electric motor; pressure up to 400 kg/cm^2; discharge - up to 250 gm/min; reservoir capacity - up to 250 L; and dose feeders with discharge 0 to 10 gm/cycle (adjustable). This system is ideal for heavy engineering fields where lubrication points are many and are located at far off distances. Applications: Sugar plants, chemical plants, cement industries, nuclear thermo-electric and hydro-electric power stations, furnaces, iron and steel plants, earth moving equipment, mining machineries, coal and mineral industries, mills and crushers, etc.
