GRAVITY ROLLER CONVEYORS

Richfield Automation offers Gravity Roller Conveyors. It is used for heavier loads and therefore uses formed sections in place of aluminium extrusions. The roller pitch is fixed. Unit loads from 300 kg. To 600 kg can be conveyed. The formed C-section is used both as roller supports as well as side guides. Additional side guide can be mounted on roller supports. These are available in two models: GR 300 and GR 600 with unit load 300-600 kg and 600-900 kg respectively. The roller diameter is 57 mm for both models. These conveyors are offered with a height of 800 mm, as nominal height. Both conveyor height and slope are adjustable. The other products offered are single belt conveyors, twin belt conveyors, chain conveyors, plastic roller conveyors, slat conveyor etc.
