This machine is designed on the principles of electrical resistance welding; this hydraulically operated electro-forge welding machine has many features to its credit. Now, with this, rapid and economical production of electro-forged gratings has become a reality - just an amazing 3 to 4 minutes flat for welding 1000 x 6000 grating. This PLC based machine with IC based weld controller promises world-class quality gratings using round, square or twisted crossbars. Built for continuous duty cycle, the machine offers high degree of pitch accuracy ensured by the roller table and comb guides. After loading the bearing and cross bars and initial threading in of the first joint under the weld head, the automatic indexing takes over, till the entire length is done. The water-cooled electrode is well proportioned and made of high-grade copper alloy for extended life. Welding force ranges from 70 MT to 120 MT.
