Features: user and maintenance friendly, high mechanical strength, minimum distortion, and good dimensional accuracy.This hydraulically operated electro-forge welding machine works based on the principle of electrical resistance welding. It only takes 3 minutes for welding 10OOx6000 grating. This machine is PLC-based with lC-based weld controller and offers world-class quality gratings using round, square or twisted crossbars. Built for continuous duty cycle, the machine offers a high degree of pitch accuracy ensured by the roller table and comb guides. After loading the bearing and cross bars and initial threading in the first joint under the weld head, the automatic indexing takes over, till the entire length is done. The water-cooled electrodes are well proportioned and made of high-grade copper alloy for extended life. Transformer/s of 1800 KVA capacity are built to 15;4804 specification, water-cooled and withstand severe load demands. The bow on the welded grating is straightened by a pair of heavy rollers.
