GOODS LIFTS - COUNTER WEIGHT TYPE

Safex Electromech offers Counter Weight Type Goods Lifts suitable for safe as well as hazardous areas. The Counter Weight Type Goods Lift has a lifting machine with drive pulley, helical gearbox, motor and brake. The lifting machine is mounted on the top of the machine room. The lifting is done with four-rope construction and each rope has four-fall construction. This special arrangement is made, considering heavy loading and continuous operation. This is the most efficient design, in comparison to the arrangement of passenger lift used as goods lift. Every single rope is having a specific rated capacity with minimum 6 FS, which in four fall construction will provide four times the required FS. Hence even in case of breakage of three wire ropes out of four, the cage will not fall.
