Salient features: bed is made from selected heavy-duty cast iron; guide ways are ground precisely for smooth surface operation of saddle and tailstock; a removable bridge is provided for turning and machining of large diameter jobs; bed is mounted on a sturdy and elegant cabined stand with built in coolant swart tray for use of coolant liquid; totally enclosed all grader headstock is provided with oil bath for giving trouble free operations; different spindle speeds are obtainable from the gearbox with the help of 3 levers located in front of the headstock, which are interlocked thereby eliminating chances of simultaneous engagement of levers; head stock spindle is made from selected steel running in precision bearings for smooth and silent operation; all gears are hardened and ground for long life and trouble free operations; totally enclosed quick change Norton type gearbox is capable of gearbox cutting all normal with worth and metric threads; and tail stock it is robustly constructed running on prismatic guide ways on the bed. Standard accessories: suitable AC 440 V 3-phase, 50 Hz electrical with controls, friction brake, catch plate, revolving centre, and dead centre. Optional accessories: three jaws or four jaws self-centring true chuck, four jaws independent dog chuck, coolant accessories pump with tank and fittings, taper turning attachment, tool post grinder, digital read out, PNC and CNC controls.
