Gearboxes

Shiv Shakti"s extruder gearboxes and parallel shaft helical gearboxes are manufactured from quality machines to ensure high degree of precision and accuracy. Extruder gearboxes are available in double reduction from size of 112 mm centre up to 250 mm centre. Helical gearboxes are available in single and double reduction from smallest size of 80 mm centre up to 250mm centre. Housing is rugged in construction, made of close grain cast iron. Helical gears and pinions are manufactured from high quality alloy case hardening steel and flank ground. Extruder gearboxes are used in single screw extruder and helical gearboxes are used in factories like sugar, cement, fertilizer, chemicals, paper, plastic, metal roiling mill, oil industry, etc.
