Hitech Enterprises manufactures Gear Reducers. It is hardened and ground in single and multiple stages (double stage, triple stage, etc). The casing is made of cast iron, cast steel or fabricated steel. The products are parallel shaft type and hollow shaft type gear reducers. Range: single stage helical - 80 to 630 mm CD, ratios 1 to 6.3; two stage helical - 112 to 800 mm CD, ratios 6.3 to 22.4, 192 to 1360 mm overall; three stage helical - 160 to 800 mm CD, ratios 20 to 112, 352 to 1760 mm overall; and four stage helical - 180 to 800 mm CD, ratios 112 to 630, 395 to 1760 mm overall. Capacity: up to 6500 kW (approx). Gear casing: this has rigidity, strength, and high resistance to shock loads. It is machined on special collet or Sherman horizontal borers. The bearings are heavy duty, anti-friction, taper roller/ spherical roller/ cylindrical roller type of reputed brands.
