It features: simple design, easy setting, no complication of electronic and hydraulic, no requirement of skilled operator, all automatic operation by single lever action with auto stop arrangement, and fully guaranteed for workmanship as an import substitute.Specifications: max gear dia to hob - 66 mm gear dia to 32 mm hob dia and 2 mm gear dia to 24 mm hob dia; width of gear- 50 mm; pitch capacity - max 1.25 module, 20 DP; number of teeth cut by standard and extra gear 6 to 102 teeth all numbers and 103 to 230 teeth with some "odd numbers lapsed"; work spindle size 8" 10 or 13 mm as per demand; hob cutter dimension - 24 x 8 x 16, 32 x 10 x 13 x 24 mm; helix angle for cutter 5? degree max for spur gear only; shifting of hob spindle - 15 mm liner movement; revolution of hob spindle - 310 to 1500 RPM, 16 step high speed available on request; and feed per rev of work - 0.063 to 1 mm, 13 step.
