GAUGING POINTS & FINGERS FOR MARPOSS INSTRUMENTS

Kamala Engineering offers Gauging Points & Fingers For Marposs Instruments. All CNC grinding machines are fitted with Marposs instruments. These instruments are fitted with diamond tips or fingers, which act as a sensor for the digital display system (DRO). It comes with duly lapped diamond cone, blended at tip with radius, enhancing consistency, repeatability, durability and interchangeability. The diamond fingers are made of gem quality diamonds, mounted on non-magnetic stainless steel blank. The diamond is duly lapped to 120° included angle with a completely blended tip radius to match the angle as per the requirement and specification. Diamond gauging points are also made of gem quality diamonds completely lapped to a smooth curve to minimise friction, ensuring consistency, repeatability, longer life and overall economy.
