Gas Sparegears

MTCPL manufactures special gas sparegears for use in gasliquid absorption. It is based on the principle of mass transfer. The working of Sparegear is very simple. Its unique design increases the gas velocity and at the same time mixes the liquid and the gas thoroughly. Because of high velocity and mist formation, the area of mass transfer increases in multiples. High mass transfer area gives better results in shorter time. Gas required in absorption is very less and is used effectively instead of being wasted through vent. Conventional gas-liquid-mixing involves a perforated pipe in which a great quantity of gas is wasted unabsorbed. The installation of Sparegear increases the efficiency of reaction and saves much energy used in agitation.
