FURNACE PROGRAM CONTROLLERS - CERAMIC & INDUSTRY

State-of-the-art control technology is fitted as standard in Thermconcept furnaces. Switching is effected by solid-state relays, which operate with high switching frequency, wear-free and noiselessly. The result is a high-precision temperature control system and extended service life for the heating elements. Perfect temperature control can be achieved with the "Ceramic" and "Industry" microprocessor program controllers: Features of program controller "Ceramic": simple, straightforward operation, supported by LED position indicators; programmable, self-optimising PID controller with real time clock; automatic start time of the furnace programmable; 20 programs each with 15 segments, individually programmable; storage of values measured for a completed firing cycle; thermocouple Platinum-Rhodium-Platinum, Type S; several electronic safety devices; and control accuracy ±2 K; RS 232 or RS 485 interface for PC connection (optional extra). Features of program controller "Industry" in addition to those of "Ceramic": control of 3 additional functions that can be activated during a process cycle; programmable acoustic signal, eg, at the selected operation temperature (on request); 30 programs each with 15 segments, individually programmable, for demanding requirements and greater convenience; RS 232 or RS 485 interface for PC connection (optional extra); all furnaces including control panel, controller and base are supplied ready for operation.
