Unishilp Electronics offers Full Proofing Of Torque Wrench Operations. This is done with wireless transmitter and receiver with digital display. This is a wireless receiver and transmitter with digital display in which the transmitter is fixed on the torque wrench. The receiver can be programmed as per the assembly line operations. When the operator uses the torque wrench it sends the signal to the receiver. This system can be integrated to the existing assembly line with PLC system. Features: operating frequency is 433 MHz; 7-segment display to show number of operations and programming; frequency code up to 6561 number in one range; maximum distance between transmitter and receiver up to 30 meters; LED indication in transmitter; beep sound and LED display on each signal arrival; number of operations are programmable; the operation time is programmable; time interval between two successive operations are programmable (from 0.2 seconds to 10 seconds in 10 steps); the buzzer output sound is programmable; and it has the bypass facility (optional).
