Full Cone Nozzle, Axial Flow

Atul Engineering Works is a manufacturer of industrial spray nozzles and systems, tank cleaning nozzles, flat jet, full cone nozzles, etc. The axial flow Full Cone Nozzle has high precision and uniform liquid distribution circular area. This gives uniform liquid distribution throughout the entire circular impact area. The basic design of this nozzle is based on fundamental principle of axial swirling motion. Atul spraying nozzle also has another variety of full cone nozzle, which is called spiral full cone nozzle. There is no insert, which gives clogging free nozzle and spiral impact throughout the entire circular area. Axial flow full cone nozzles are available with many flow rate, sizes and spraying angles from 15° to 120° range. Applications: chemical process engineering, cooling of gas, cooling of fluid spray, cleaning process, spraying on surface, gas cooling towers, quenching and cooling of primary metal and other materials.
