Four-bin feeder

Krishna Engineering manufactures four-bin feeder with belt conveyor arrangement. The feeder is fitted with vibrators for shaking the bin. Electronic load sensor is provided on the main conveyor for measuring the flow. The main function of this unit is to feed exact amount of material into the dryer at the correct flow rate to get uniform output from the plant. It has four independent top open bins (40 tonnes capacity) made from mild steel plates. They are supported by rigid frame and mounted on robust chassis. Each bin has independent conveyor belt that is driven by synchronised speed DC motor coupled with hollow shaft gearbox. Feeding is carried out at a uniform and predetermined rate through precision adjustable bin quadrant gate.
