Foot Roller Assembly

Dhyan Engineers is a leading manufacturer mechanical power transmission products. The company also manufactures different types of continuous casting machine (CCM) spares like foot roller assembly, tundish car, dummy bar, gear stopper mechanism; mould jacket assemblies including all flanges, SS inner casing with machined corners and as well as the guide roller assembly; SS spray aprons, spray pipes, headers as well as spray nozzles; and oscillation mechanism. The foot roller assembly consists of all plates made of SS 304 – the top flange, bottom flange and cover inserts, all duly machined. The assembly comes along with SS spray pipe, foot roller, base plate, roller pins, bolts, nuts and washers all made in SS 304.
