Folding Machines

Machine Tools & Equipments offers Folding Machines. The machine is of all steel fabricated construction. It is capable of bending plates having width of 1250 mm to 3600 mm and having thickness from 2.0 mm to 8.0 mm. The table of the machine is held firmly between the all steel fabricated side frames strengthened with the help of tie rods. The rigid and balanced folding beam is adjustable vertically and horizontally to provide sharp as well as radius bends. A calibrated angle selector on the side of the machine helps in accurate and perfect angle bends and also facilitates repetitive bends for mass production. The top-clamping beam is swing out type for removal of formed bends. It is operated with the help of motorised drive with suitable reduction gearbox to provide firm clamping of the plates during bending operation. The bottom-bending beam is provided with reverse auto drive on completion of the preset bends with motorised drive with the help of suitable reduction gearbox.
