Flux Recovery Units

Hitec Engineering Co offers a heavy-duty, welding flux recovery unit. This can be wheeled in the work area or mounted on a firm platform for continuous flux recovery. Ideal to recycle all unused flux, this removes slag, iron particles and fused solid waste, all in one fast continuous operation. With recovery rate of 18 kg per minute, it is highly efficient and time saving, very effective in reducing expensive welding rejects and saving costly flux. Also saves time, labour and reduces operation cost. A heavy-duty 3-phase, 3 HP motor is fitted for continuous operation with minimum maintenance, with coil type starter for auto start/off features for overload protection, along with 3-metre long heat resistant suction hose pipe fitted with suction wand. Heavy-duty filter assembly is fitted, armored with stainless steel mesh, for longer life, and trouble free service. With a total area of 7 sq.ft, its efficiency rate is 99.5%, also very easy to clean along with magnetic separator, to eliminate iron particles from the flux.
