Fluted Rollers

Fluted Rollers and Knurled Rollers are precision engineered for high load performance. The Bottom Rollers are made of EN 9 Grade Steel, Opposite Helix, High frequency induction hardened and assured with Eccentric free rotation. It maintains Eccentricity levels within 0.02mm. Each Bottom Roller is inspected for accurate Flute Profile, Staff Length, Hardness, Surface Finish and Run out to ensure optimum Quality.
