Thermo-Tech Services offers Flexo - Therm Energy Saving Insulation Jackets. It is used for plastic processing machines. It reduces the heater power consumption by about 35% to 60% of heater load, depending upon part, cycle time, material being processed and barrel design. Features: Lower initial heating start-up time, resulting increase in production; Prevent heat loss to atmosphere; Less on-off cycles increases the contactor life; Heater with upto 40% lower wattage can be used thus reducing ampere load and connected load; Reduces air-conditioning load; Protects heater from outside mishandling. Applications: Used for almost all types of applications in the field of injection moulding, blow moulding and extruders.
