Flame Monitors

Diligent Micro Controls offers Flame Monitors. This provides one potentially-free change-over contact output, status LED display and choice of operation logic i.e. Normal Logic designated by suffix-O (Flame ON-Relay ON) & Inverse Logic designated by suffix-I (Flame ON-Relay OFF). Standard optional features available are-customer-specified number of output contacts, time-delayed response to flame-ON condition, time-delayed response to flame-OFF condition, choice of one of the standard control power supply. Product range includes: 1) PR-EYE PhotoResistor flame sensor with Flameye PR flame monitor. 2) PV-EYE PhotoVoltaic Flame sensor with UV-EYE UltraViolet flames sensor with Flameye UV flame monitor. The first technique is the most cost effective and reliable choice for sensing bright luminous flame such as in furnace heavy oil burners. The second technique is also equally good for such flame. Both cannot sense near-invisible/ blue flame such as in gas or light oil burner. Third technique is the only proven and reliable one for sensing gas flame and this technique can also sense bright flames. It is, therefore, very useful in gas-cum-oil burner. Diligent flame sensors are housed in strong case and have shielded cable for interconnection. Some of these are also available in Front Viewing and Side Viewing Models (Designated by Suffix FV & SV).
