FIBC Discharging System

TIA Technology designs and manufactures FIBC (flexible intermediate bulk container) Discharging Systems. These are useful for companies that procure FIBC bags in large quantities. FIBC discharging systems employ an overhead hoist crane to lift the bag, a collection hopper with a glove compartment and a viewing window to untie the FIBC bag. Other options will include a rubber membrane on the top of the collection hopper helps in providing a dust free environment. The collection hopper can be attached to other equipment like TIA loss-in-weight feeders, aero-mechanical conveyors, pneumatic conveyors or bucket conveyors for further processing of the material.
