End Protection Caps

Preetham Products manufactures end protection caps, which can be used in thread protections, in masking for plating and painting, dust protection, product identification and other industrial applications. These caps are easy to apply, as they are soft, flexible and fit snugly without cracking. These can be manufactured in any design, size, and shape and colour. Advantages include: glossy exterior surfaces without parting lines, flash, or mould and gate marks with superior durability; resistant to weathering, aging, cracking and deterioration; strongly resistant to ozone attack; variety of wall thickness and length possible without expensive retooling; and cushioning softness to protect sharp edges from impact damage. Benefits of dip moulded caps and plugs: caps of varying lengths can be made with no tooling charge; vinyl material stretches to fit odd shapes and easily conforms to beaded or flared tubes; vinyl material will not crack or split like low density polyethylene; and vinyl material does not shred when capping or plugging threaded items.
