Electrohydraulic Blocks

Atos standard & customized blocks integrate the electrohydraulic valves into properly machined manifolds. The modular “meccano” conception of Atos valves enables reliable systems to be easily assembled, also helping operation and service in the field. Some examples are as follows

Plastics:
Customized manifolds Blocks control clamping and injection movements by proportional valves with integral position transducer and digital electronics with optional CAN-Bus interface. Specification: flow up to 500 l/min, pressure up to 250 bar & material: steel/cast-iron.

Machine Tools:
The electrohydraulic Blocks integrate an accurate proportional speed-position control of tools, the clamping actuation and various auxiliary functions. Specification: flow up to 120 l/min, pressure up to 140 bar & material: aluminium alloy.

Boom Lifts & Cranes:
Multiple load-sensing Blocks with ISO mounting surface proportional valves and screw-in compensators provide the control of the crane booms with different modular options for max flexibility. Specification: flow up to 120 l/min, pressure up to 315 bar & material: aluminium alloy/steel.

Mobile:
Customized Blocks, tailored to the specific application, are designed in collaboration with customers for the best operation of the machine. Specification: flow up to 240 l/min, pressure up to 270 bar & material: cast iron/aluminium.

Metallurgy:
In steel working application, electrohydraulic benches fitted with blocks and ISO mounting surface valves, ensure high reliability and performances according to the customer requirements. Specification: flow up to 1000 l/min, pressure up to 315 bar & material: steel.
