Specifications: the productivity of the electro-forge grating machine is 6-8 minutes for one grating panel; welding strength is 35% more than manual welding machines; machine having capacity of panel size 1 mtr x 6 mtr; bearing bar can be placed at centre distance of 30, 35 and 40 mm by changing the proper tooling; cross-bar welding is adjustable at 50, 75 and 100 mm, by setting only the dimension in operating HM.
