Process Instrumentation & Controls offers an electro mechanical contact coder (EMCC). Model PIC 3535 EMCC is suitable for all manual and automatic coding on products where coding is statutory. It is a compact intermittent motion coder for marking B No, Date Of Mfg, MRP and other statutory information on porous and non porous flat surfaces. It is used for all intermittent flow "On line" automatic pouch packing machines vertical and horizontal FFS machines by the help of inbuilt tinier/photocell/proximity switch. The machines runs by stepper motor with programmable logic controller (PLC) with 6 digit digital counter having LCD displays. It has ten batch wise memories, which can be seen whenever require. One can select mode of operation, ie, manual/automatic, etc, on LCD display. Simple and reliable: the PIC EMCC is a truly operator friendly coder. It comes with PLC, which provides guidance for quick operation. On the key pad and display self-explanatory keys are short cuts for simple operation. This is portable compact and easy to install. Simply plug the PLC into any electrical outlet of 230 V AC, at your site or plant. Its compact size makes it easy to move from one table place to another. It has printing capabilities of 1 to 4 lines of variable information (ie, max size 35 mm x 35 mm).Application: on line marking on tins, labels; paper, pouches, foils, film, inner cartons and sachets of all sizes and materials, such as metal, glass and plastics, and most packing materials.
