This has been designed for high volume production combined with long tool life. Cut off and knock out mechanism have safety devices that will stop any major accident if any abnormal function occurs in machine. A positive knock out provision has been made on the first and second punches to eliminate the possibility of parts sticking to these punches during the operation. The company has till date supplied more than 1500 machines that are successfully running in India and abroad. It is fully equipped with technical persons with prompt after sale service. It can also provide technical training to personnel from the customers’ end. It imports from global manufacturers a range of fastener machinery like multi-stage bolt formers, nut formers and part formers mainly of well reputed makes such as National, Malmedie, Chunzu, Snow, Sakamura, Waterbury Farrel, Shimazu, as well as secondary operation machines used mainly in the fastener industry. So far it has sold more than 500 imported machines in India and neighbouring countries after reconditioning them with guarantee and, after sale service for one year.
