Diffuser Grid Assembly

Neeva Aero Solutions offers Diffuser Grid Assembly. They are engaged in offering our clients a wide array of Diffuser Grid Assembly. The image is a ETP where grid diffusers are assembled and ready for commissioning. In this ETP from the header pipes of 2 1/2 inch pipe, connections are taken to the grids with 1 2/2 inch pipes. Each grid is of 10 nos of half a meter length of aerotube. The grid was made with 1 1/2 inch PVC pipes. No saddle used only PVC 'T' and 'L' used allover erection process. One grid of half meter 10 nos will give 25m3 air/hr. Multiples of such grids can be used suitable in ETP and STP plants.
Aero tube grid diffusers are of fine bubble diffusers. For grid diffusers first PVC grid is made and 18mm holes are put. Aerotubes are fitted according to our choice and design. Each meter of Aerotube will give 5m3 air/hr. Hence according to requirement of air aerotubes are integrated in grids. For air flow from the blower PVC pipes are used. In some areas PVC Saddles are used. As other diffusers these grids are fixed one feet above the floor level of the tank above sludge collection. Retrievable type can also be designed by fixing the grids to a concrete block at the bottom of the tank. The image is of a Diffuser grid which consists of 20 aerotubes of one meter each. 100m3 air dischrge we can expect from this one grid.
