Diffuser Grid

Neeva Aero Solutions offers Diffuser Grid. Aero Tube Diffuser Grid are of fine bubble diffusers. For grid diffusers first PVC grid is made and 18 mm holes are put. Aerotubes are fitted according to our choice and design. Each meter of Aerotube will give 5 m3 air/hr. Hence according to requirement of air aerotubes are integrated in grids. For air flow from the blower PVC pipes are used. In some areas PVC Saddles are used. As other diffusers these grids are fixed one feet above the floor level of the tank above sludge collection. Retrievable type can also be designed by fixing the grids to a concrete block at the bottom of the tank. The image is of a Diffuser grid which consists of 20 aerotubes of one meter each. 100 m3 air discharge we can expect from this one grid.
