Jiangsu Peony Centrifuge offers a Decanter (Screw Unloading Sinking Centrifuge), LW. It is suitable for separating suspensions with solid grains larger than 0.005mm and whose thickness scale is within 2 to 40%. It is widely used in chemical, light industry, pharmaceutical, food, environment protection and other trades. Working principles: horizontal screw unloading and continuous operation; available with rotary drum and the screw rotate at different high speeds; materials are pushed into the cylinder by conveying screw through the feeding pipe and into the rotary drum when speeding up and under centrifugal force, the solids form dregs layer on the wall of rotary drum and are pushed to the cone-shaped end of the rotary drum by conveying screw, discharged out of the machine and the liquid forms the inside layer liquid circle and flows out from the big end of the rotary drum.
