Cylinders (Heavy Duty) For High Thrust Load, Extended Travel Applications

Industrial Devices Corporation (IDC) introduces EC4 Series heavy duty electric cylinders. These high-performance cylinders are engineered for thrust loads to 12,000 N (2700 lbs), speed to 1330 mm/s (52.4 in/s) and travel to 1500 mm (59.1 inches). Precision rolled ballscrews are standard for quieter operation, lower backlash and higher accuracy than similar products. EC4 Series electric cylinders are available with brushless servo, step motors, or DC servo for compatibility with every motion control environment. These Cylinders can provide a wide variety of speed and thrust capabilities and are used in applications that require high speed and duty cycles. Options include rotary encoders or linear potentiometers for position feedback, load holding brakes, protective boots and quick disconnect cables. Custom modifications are available upon request.
